Request account deletion
Request deletion of an account used with Orpheus by Thaloz.
Send a request
To request deletion of your Thaloz account and data associated with it, email hello@thaloz.com with the subject “Thaloz account deletion request”. Send the request from the email address on your account if you can. If you no longer have access to that address, include it in your message so we can identify the account and follow up about verification. You can make this request without the app or a signed-in session.
Before you request deletion
Your Thaloz account may also be used with other Thaloz services. Deleting it may affect access to those services. If you have questions about the effect on another Thaloz service, include them in your request. For help with the mobile app, visit mobile app support.
